Ingredients

3 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tarter
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Butter, Softened
2 Eggs

Cinnamon/Sugar Coating

1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon

Snickerdoodles Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
    2. Using a mixer, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    3. Add in eggs.
    4. Slowly add the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated.
    5. Mix together the 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    6. Shape in to 1 1/2 inch balls and dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
    8. Do not over bake or they will be too crispy. Bake just until light and golden.
