Ingredients

3 Cups Sugar
1 Small Can Canned Milk (or 2/3 Cups Canned Milk)
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
16 Large Marshmallows (or 1 Cup Marshmallows)
1/2 Cup Nuts
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Fudge Directions

    1. Cook sugar and milk at medium boil stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
    2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    3. Beat until blended.
    4. Pour into 8-inch buttered pan.
    5. Cut when cool
