| 1 Package Chocolate Cake Mix |
| 1/2 Cup Milk |
| 1/3 Cup Butter |
| 1 Cup Sour Cream |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour |
| 2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips |
Chocolate Chunk Muffins Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups
- Fold cake mix, milk, butter, sour cream, and eggs in a large bowl
- Mix flour and chocolate chips in a medium bowl
- Fold the flour-covered chocolate chips into the batter
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups
- Bake 22-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Optional:
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar after removing from the oven.
Notes
High Altitude (2500-6500 feet): Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the dry cake mix.
