Ingredients

1/2 Cup Salted Butter, Softened
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Canned Pumpkin Purée
2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Heaping Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Frosting

4 Ounces Salted butter, softened
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 Tablespoons Milk

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
    3. Cream together the butter and sugar
    4. Add the eggs
    5. Blend until combined
    6. Mix in the pumpkin
    7. Slowly shake in the flour and cinnamon mixture while mixing on low
    8. Stir in all the chocolate chips
    9. Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper-lined cookie sheet
    10. Bake for 13-15 minutes
  1. Frosting:
    1. Cream the butter and cream cheese
    2. Add remaining ingredients until well mixed
    3. Mix on high for 1 minute

Notes

For the frosting, you may need to use 3-4 cups of powdered sugar and 3-5 tablespoons of milk.
