Cookie Base Ingredients
| 1 Cup Softened Butter |
| 1 Cup Brown Sugar |
| 1 Cup Granulated Sugar |
| 2 Eggs |
| 2 Teaspoons Vanilla |
| 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt |
| 2 1/4 Cups Flour |
| 2 Cups Chocolate Chips |
Ganache Ingredients
| 4 Ounces Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate |
| 1 1/2 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips |
| 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream |
Cookie Pie Directions
- Cookie Base:
- Heat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugars
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla
- Mix well
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt
- Add to butter mixture until combined.
- Grease two 9 in springform pans
- Divide dough evenly between both pans and pat down
- Bake for about 16 to 20 minutes
- Let cool to room temperature
- Ganache
- Slowly melt cream and chocolate over low heat just until melted
- Pour over cookie base
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
